1. Overview

This website is operated by KFORU Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this store or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Returns & Replacement Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Fan Art Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products are made to order

All items are printed individually after your order is placed. Production takes 2–5 business days. Because items are produced specifically for you, orders may be modified or cancelled only within 12 hours of purchase, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Our quality guarantee and replacement process are set out in the Returns & Replacement Policy.

4. Product descriptions and accuracy

We work to display our products and colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders colour precisely. Minor print placement variation of up to 0.5 inch and garment measurement tolerance of up to 1 inch are normal. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions and availability, and to cancel an order arising from an obvious pricing error (with a full refund).

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD and exclude any import duties, VAT or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and other third-party providers; we do not store your card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, product photography, text and site content is the property of KFORU Studio and may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed without written permission. Our designs are original fan-made works — see the Fan Art Disclaimer for our position on third-party trademarks and our notice-and-takedown process.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events or occasions caused by shipping delays, since delivery times are carrier estimates and not guarantees.

8. Third-party links and services

This store uses third-party services (payment processors, print partners, carriers, analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from this store.
