How long until my order arrives?
Production takes 1–4 business days because every item is printed to order. After that, US delivery is 3–7 business days and international is 8–25 business days depending on region. See Shipping & Delivery for the full table.
Can I change my size or address after ordering?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us with your order number. After 12 hours your item is in production and cannot be changed.
Why is my order arriving in two parcels?
T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are sometimes printed at different facilities. Split parcels arrive on different days and cost you nothing extra.
Sizing
What size should I order?
Our garments are true-to-size US unisex. For the oversized concert fit most KPOP fans want, order one size up. Full measurements are in the Size Guide.
I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange it?
Unfortunately no. Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we cannot resell a returned garment, so we are unable to accept size exchanges. This is why we ask everyone to check the Size Guide first. If you email us before ordering we are happy to recommend a size.
Quality & replacements
My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?
Email pirapiraboxes.llc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will reprint and ship a free replacement immediately — no need to send the faulty item back. Full details in our Returns & Replacement Policy.
How is the printing done? Will it crack?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) and DTF printing with water-based inks, which sit into the fabric rather than on top of it. Wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low, and the print will outlast the shirt.
Will the colour match what I see on screen?
Very closely, but not perfectly — every screen renders colour differently and ink behaves differently on cotton than on glass. Slight variation is normal and not considered a defect.

Can you make a design for a group you don't carry yet?
We add new groups regularly. Email us your request — requests genuinely influence what we release next.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Checkout is fully encrypted; we never see or store your card details.
