All artwork sold by KFORU Studio is original fan art created by our own design team. Our products are unofficial, unlicensed fan-made apparel.
KFORU Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any recording artist, idol group, entertainment agency, record label, management company or their affiliates. This includes but is not limited to JYP Entertainment, HYBE, BIGHIT MUSIC, BELIFT LAB, KOZ Entertainment, SM Entertainment, YG Entertainment, ADOR, PLEDIS Entertainment, KQ Entertainment, HYBE x Geffen and Kakao Entertainment.
How we use names
Any artist name, group name, album title, tour name or era referenced in our product titles and descriptions is used solely for the purpose of identifying the subject of the fan art — that is, to tell you which fandom a design was made for. Such use is descriptive and nominative. It does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or official connection.
All trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
What we do not do
- We do not reproduce, trace, scan or resell official merchandise designs.
- We do not use official logos, wordmarks or brand assets belonging to any agency or label.
- We do not use copyrighted photographs of artists. Our graphics are illustrated or typographic works created in-house.
- We do not represent our products as official, licensed or authentic merchandise anywhere on this store.
Notice and takedown
We respect intellectual property rights and take reports seriously. If you are a rights holder or an authorised agent and believe any listing on this store infringes your rights, email pirapiraboxes.llc@gmail.com with the subject line "IP Notice" and include:
- Identification of the work or trademark you believe is infringed, with registration details if applicable
- The URL of each listing at issue
- Your name, organisation, and contact information
- A statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf
We review every notice within 2 business days and remove or amend listings where a valid claim is established, without requiring legal action.
