Shipping & Delivery

1. Production time (made to order)

Every KFORU Studio item is printed for you individually after you order. Allow 1–4 business days for production before your parcel ships. During major comebacks, tour drops and the holiday season (mid-November to late December) production may extend to 7 business days.

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

2. Shipping rates

One flat international rate, wherever you are. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

3. Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves our print facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

4. Split shipments

Orders with multiple garment types (for example a t-shirt plus a hoodie) may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs handling fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot refund an order refused at customs.

6. Shipping addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout, including apartment or unit number — we ship exactly as entered. Address changes are possible only within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

7. Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, email pirapiraboxes.llc@gmail.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and send a free replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost. Claims must be filed within 20 days (US) or 30 days (international) of the estimated delivery date.
